Engine Valve

We are one of professional manufacture with more than 22 years of experience in manufacturing of different kind of engine valve like 2 wheeler, 3 wheeler, car, earth mover, LV, HCV, Marine, Tractore, Ganerator, Locomotive, Stationery, Agriculture and Export Series.

Rocker Arm

This product is manufacturing with E-8D and 20 Crmo materials and it is fully carbureted making deepness reach 0.8-08 ad the hardness of the surface 58-60 HRC after heat treatmet while the hardness for the depth reaches 38-45 HRC.

Cam Shaft

All of our Camshaft manufacturing from high grade alloy steel like, En-40b and SAE - 8620 material, it gives a surface hardness of Camshaft in between 55 HRC to 60 HRC. We offer automotive camshaft that is design to use various 2-wheeler and 3- wheeler. With the innovation of our technical staff, Fitting of bearing and cam lock is extremely precise. Due to that camshaft gives a perfect timing and reduces a noise of Engine. Thus our camshaft assembly have good demand in the market.

Valve Guide

We also provided thread or spiral in inner diameter of valve guide to retain oil for long time between engine valve and valve guide. Our valve guide is grinded to a surface finish 0.80μ Ra on its outer diameter.
